Coordinator of Youth Ministry
St. James, Menomonee Falls, WI
The Coordinator of Youth Ministry is responsible for helping to implement “Renewing the Vision: A Framework for Catholic Youth Ministry” on the local parish level. The Coordinator of Youth Ministry strives to empower young people to live as disciples of Jesus, through participation in the life, mission, and work of the Catholic Church. This also includes encouraging families to come to mass. He/she is responsible for creating, developing, and coordinating various programs for students in grades 6 – 12.
Supervised by the Director of Christian Formation, the person in this role works a varied schedule with a combination of set and flexible hours according to the activities of the day and the season of the year. This is a full-time, 12-month position with work hours averaging 40 hours per week.

Director, Our Lady of Fatima Archdiocesan Retreat House

The Secretariat for Evangelizing Catechesis, Archdiocese of Indianapolis, seeks a leader to direct retreat and renewal ministry at Fatima Retreat House. This director oversees all aspects of activity at the retreat center as well as serving as a liaison between Fatima and the Archdiocese. Familiarity with Catholic retreat/renewal experiences is required, as is at least 5 years of related experience. The equivalent of an undergraduate major in Catholic theology or a related field is preferred.

Coordinator of Children and Family Formation
Diocese of Portland, Maine
The Diocese of Portland has an opening for the Coordinator of Children and Family Formation. This full-time position works with the Office of Lifelong Faith Formation team and other diocesan offices to coordinate the planning, implementation, and assessment of diocesan guidelines and best practices related to the ongoing catechesis for adults and children, including Circle of Grace safe environment training and immediate preparation and celebration of the initiation Sacraments. This includes visiting parishes and accompanying parish leaders in developing and maintaining ministerial and professional competencies related to faithfully carrying out these ministries at the local level.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Catechesis or a related field, 3-5 years of experience in catechetical ministry and sacramental preparation in a parish setting, and be an active, practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church with knowledge of the Roman Catholic theological tradition.

The full time role of National Development Director will: Lead the planning, organization and execution of fundraising strategies and stewardship and development initiatives to support the implementation and expansion of Pastoral Migratoria at the national level in pilot diocesan sites, including donor prospecting and relations, a major gifts program, annual funds/appeals, grants management, and special events. Pastoral Migratoria ® (PM) is an immigrant leadership ministry of service, justice and accompaniment in parish communities. Work under the guidance and support of the National Pastoral Migratoria (NPM) Fundraising Board and the Archdiocese of Chicago’s Senior National Coordinator for Immigration, and in collaboration with the Assistant Director of Development and other NPM staff.
